COVID-19 Impact
We know you are all concerned about the COVID-19. We are too. Here are some of the measures we are taking to keep our staff and patients safe.
- When confirming patient appointments we ask if patients or anyone in the household has experienced any symptoms of a respiratory infection (cough, sore throat, or fever) to schedule the appointment for at least 14 days out
- We are asking that only the patient and their care provider, if necessary, come to the appointment. Other family members, children, or friends are being asked to wait outside or in a personal vehicle. If there is a waiting period to be seen a patient may opt to stay in their car while waiting and we will call them when we are able to take them back to the patient room.
- Between patient appointments, we are disinfecting all surfaces thoroughly and completely, including door handles, railings, armrests, counters, and anywhere else that patients regularly touch. This includes the entrance door handles - after each patient visit is completed. If the patient uses one of the restrooms the same instructions apply.
